  2.                              SITE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. If you wish to use this program on more than one computer a site license is
  5. required.  A site license is also required to use this program on a network.
  6. A site license allows you to copy and use this program within your
  7. organization on as many computers as contracted for.  Although this program is
  8. copyrighted, you are encouraged to copy and share this program with others.  If
  9. a fee is charged, it must be no more than 20.00(U.S. funds) and must be
  10. specified as "materials, shipping, and handling".

  12. Bryan E. Taylor, author of DISKMAILER 1.1, a software computer program, hereby
  13. grants the undersigned (please print):

  16. a site license for the aforementioned software computer program at 15.00 (U.S.)
  17. + 5.00(U.S. funds) for each user/computer (2 users/computers minimum).

  20. This is a perpetual license for the use of this program within your
  21. organization, and is not transferable.  This site license allows internal use
  22. and copying of this program for us by/on ______ users/computers.

  24. This license is distinct from shareware use.  If your organization is using any
  25. other software computer programs by Bryan E. Taylor in a multiple user/computer
  26. environment (including, but not limited to, use on a local area network) you
  27. are encouraged to site license those programs with said author (see the site
  28. license file that accompanies those programs for further information).

  30. Bryan E. Taylor, author of DISKMAILER 1.1, a software computer program, will
  31. provide technical support by mail (please include a self-addressed, stamped
  32. envelope or international reply coupon with the self-addressed envelope)
  33. for one year from the date of this agreement to one person, designated as the
  34. key contact within your company or organization.

  36. Bryan E. Taylor, author of DISKMAILER 1.1, a software computer program,
  37. warrants that I am the sole owner of said program and have full power and
  38. authority to grant this site license without the consent on any other party.
